I am very pleased with the appointments, reminder and booking is a breeze. It has only been a few weeks, but my experience with Michele is wonderful. She creates this warmth and comfortable welcoming environment. She not only listens, but she shows concern for her clients well being. Easy to book with, I received several appointment reminders. The counselor is very professional and she makes me feel comfortable speaking with her. I always feel so much better after our calls.
