Dr. Klink is a WONDERFUL doctor. Very easy to talk to, takes her time and friendly. HOWEVER my rating is a 1 ONLY because of the support staff. Every single month it is an issue with prescription refills. EVERY SINGLE MONTH! Some of the MA go above and beyond. Others act like you’re bothersome.
Dr. Klink is an exceptional Medical doctor. I have confidence in her and trust her explicitly she listens to my concerns and we together decide on a plan of action. I recommend her highly.
I had been with Dr Klink for many years, and she's an excellent physician. However, the back office staff in terms of the appointment team and prescription refulll team is awful.The customer service is awful.They make constant errors on every script and every appointment.I've ever had almost. And now because I got mad and raised my voice for the constant incompetent, they've kicked me out of the practice. Dr. Klink is very thorough and knowledgeable and takes the time to explain with kindness. She has helped me so much.
Dr. Klink is the best doctor i’ve ever had. She is kind, caring, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable. I am never nervous to see her because she makes me feel so comfortable. I know I can come to her with any problem and she will give her best advice!! I am so grateful she is my primary care doctor!! I would recommend her to anyone!!!
