Our family’s experience with this practitioner (Kotte) was devastating, and I feel others deserve to be aware of it. My sister had been taking certain psychiatric medications long-term when this practitioner made significant changes to her medication regimen, including discontinuing medications she had been on for years. Talked for maybe 15 minutes, then she made me do task in front of her silently for the latter half of the appointment that I told her I needed time to process. She forced me to do it, and silently typed the whole time I struggled through it in front of her. I had a really bad experience with this practitioner. I got a referral for ADHD testing and booked an apt. with Michelle via. zoom. The meeting lasted 15 minutes and was awful. She did not address my ADHD concerns and instead prescribed me Zoloft (which I did not ask for or need). I have no history of anxiety or depression. The only reason she prescribed Zoloft was because I said my anxiety was at a 7 because I am enrolled in professional school (even though I said when I am not in school I do not have anxiety). Finding a person who understood who I was and what I needed was very frustrating. Finally I asked for someone who can help me with my ADHD and anxiety. I was recommended to Michelle and right away I knew it was the right decision. She started with a blood panel which never happened before.
