She was really nice and understanding. But informative and is getting me all the help I need and so quickly! This is very convenient and helpful for ppl like me who suffer with anxiety and go in public to see a therapist weekly and a psychiatrist. But Michelle helped me and I can't wait to start CBT as well as medication that fits me
Made me feel so uncomfortable. I felt she didn’t like working with me. My first visit with her she stopped my meds and made me go through testing and hoops before I could get them back. I struggled for months without them even expressed this to her and I felt so unheard every time.
Met with Michelle Kote for the first time and she was an absolute joy to work with. She listened and even shared some fun facts about herself. Thank you!
The Psychiatric nurse is nice, but I feel like after 10 minutes she's rushing to get off the phone. I just don't feel like she's interested in anything i have to say. The lifestance team has been hell to work with, they don't answer my calls, or return them, and I couldn't get a med refill for almost two weeks due to no communication efforts made on their end.
Very professional and didn't waste my time asking non essential questions. Very happy making this choice.
