Finding a person who understood who I was and what I needed was very frustrating. Finally I asked for someone who can help me with my ADHD and anxiety. I was recommended to Michelle and right away I knew it was the right decision. She started with a blood panel which never happened before. I had a really bad experience with this practitioner. I got a referral for ADHD testing and booked an apt. with Michelle via. zoom. The meeting lasted 15 minutes and was awful. She did not address my ADHD concerns and instead prescribed me Zoloft (which I did not ask for or need). I have no history of anxiety or depression. The only reason she prescribed Zoloft was because I said my anxiety was at a 7 because I am enrolled in professional school (even though I said when I am not in school I do not have anxiety). Michelle Kotte is the best! She listens to me and meets and exceeds my expectations! She is so knowledgeable of medications and diagnosis. Love her!
I have been seeing Michelle Kotte for 7 years, I followed her from her old practice. She doesn’t treat me like a textbook like I have had other psychiatrists try to. She really cares about my quality of life and makes sure I have the proper meds and therapies to improve it. We worked together to find the right combination, even thought it took some trial and error. I would recommend her to any of my friends or family.
