Finding a person who understood who I was and what I needed was very frustrating. Finally I asked for someone who can help me with my ADHD and anxiety. I have been seeing Michelle Kotte for 7 years, I followed her from her old practice. She doesn’t treat me like a textbook like I have had other psychiatrists try to. She really cares about my quality of life and makes sure I have the proper meds and therapies to improve it. We worked together to find the right combination, even thought it took some trial and error. I would recommend her to any of my friends or family.
After she showed up 15 minutes late,I was told I didn't have ocd after I was already diagnosed 4 months prior, was proscribed an anxiety medication that I have been on previously and didn't help even though I never told her I needed medication for anxiety, I just needed it for ocd. She was really nice and understanding. But informative and is getting me all the help I need and so quickly! This is very convenient and helpful for ppl like me who suffer with anxiety and go in public to see a therapist weekly and a psychiatrist. But Michelle helped me and I can't wait to start CBT as well as medication that fits me
