This review is NOT about Dr. Lopez-Torrez, but rather the medical assistant who was to take my 3 year old’s vitals for her 3 year check up. This woman was not friendly or patient in dealing with a 3 year old. My daughter had never had her BP taken before and this lady gave her instructions “to sit still in the blue chair, and let her put the BP cuff on and sit there patiently waiting” none of which my toddler did for her as she is NOT an adult and should not be treated like one. Dr. Michelle Lopez-Torres is an excellent doctor. She takes the time to listen and explain what you have to do. I really appreciate her service.
I like the doctors there all super nice, but we waited way too long for our daughter to be seen. And we were the 2nd ones there
