Nurses are very helpful and friendly and good at explaining things and taking care of me. And Dr. Grewal is great!
The nurses there are very nice and I had great care the times I had procedures on my back done. However, the last time I was scheduled for another procedure on my back to help with the tremendous amount of pain I was in, they called me the day before and told me I needed to pay them $5,000 or else I couldn’t have it done and how would I like to pay it. $1500 of it was for my deductible for my insurance and the rest was for a bill that they admitted that they never sent me. Good luck! They knowingly overcharged me and now I cannot get the money back. They owe me a refund from January 2024. Everyone I talk to states that Christy Greenwood is looking into it. She doesn't seem to exist and everything seems to stop with her. It's May. They have my explanation of benefits. There is absolutely no reason not to refund me what is owed.
Nate was extremely helpful and did not make us feel pressured. Also I love coming into the store and the salespeople do not attack you. The showroom looks very appealing as well and there is a great selection.
Thanks to this group in medical care I am moving forward to overcoming some major medical hurdles. They sincerely care about their patients and provide excellent care, they always follow up by phone after a procedure Sometimes the surgeon will even follow up. I find that amazing! Where in to days society do you hear of that ? There is a lot of advances taking place in the field of pain management and this office can can provide the access to find the right care for your needs.
