I can't say enough about the staff that work there. Torri and Kandi and D and leann and so many more. There are too many to name. I would like to thank all of them. I really enjoyed my time here and the residents. The therapy i received was awesome. They worked hard with me to help me gain my independence and build my strength. I thank you all!!!

WALTER L WALKER I AM A DISABLE ARMY VETERAN THAT WAS SENT TO MID-DEL NURSING AND SKILLED THERAPY FOR MY REHAB FOR MY REHABILITATION SERVICES VIA VA .I WAS VERY PLEASE WITH THE THERAPIST THAT HELPED ME THE KITCHEN STAFF AND FOOD THAT I WAS SERVED THE DOCTORS AND NURSES AND THE LEADSHIP OF ADMINISTRATOR TADASHI SMITH AND HER COMPLETE STAFF THEY WERE ALL OUTSTANDING IN EVERY DEPARTMENT I WISH I COULD NAME THEM ALL BUT I CAN'T SO PLEASE CHARGE IT TO MY AGE AND NOT MY HEART LOL. My momma has been here for 6 days and everyone is really nice. She is really nervous however it's not because of the staff. It's very old and needs much needed up grades however it's clean and the staff has been great

My uncle Keith was a resident here for about two years and he absolutely loved it. He was moved to another place at one point due to medical needs and begged to go back. The staff was always nice and welcoming anytime I went to visit. They made sure they not only took great care of him but they made sure to build a relationship and he absolutely loved it. Hi Tiffany Taylor, I’m sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with the care you say that was given to your DAD in this facility, as long as I have been going inside this facility I’ve never experienced any of the work staff giving bad care to the residents especially the CNA’s and the LPN who work here. Actually I’ve experienced the patient relationship with the staff and they love living there.
