I experienced a completely painless root canal. The entire staff is great. Kentrell has a keen ability to entertain you with humor and great stories that serve as a distraction so you don’t stress about the procedure. Finally, Dr. Goldberg is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. He has awesome bedside manners, great communication throughout the procedure and ensures the patient understands everything being done and does not experience pain during the process. Dr. Goldberg is great. He has a great personality and keeps you informed about your procedure all the way. His assistant was also super friendly and helpful. Overall I had a great experience.
Omg! What can I say, I was so scared to get my first root canal being that my tooth was so sensitive. I was greeted by the front desk staff and they were very friendly, professional and helpful. My appt was with Dr. Goldberg and I am so glad it was. I expressed my concerns about anesthesia and made me feel at ease with the information and options he provided. Dr. Gretchen Jungermann and her team were great. Of course went there under duress and everyone -- from the front desk folks to the team working on me to of course Dr. Gretchen -- all had my comfort, health, and desired outcome in mind. No one wants to go get a root canal, but if you have to DEFINITELY go to these kind professionals.
Dr.Goldberg is amazing! I’ve always fear dental procedures, but not with him being my dentist. He is so sweet and clam. He explains everything while he is working on your teeth. 10/10 experience!!!
