My dentist referred me to the Waterford location but after expressing how much pain I was in, the Dr. Phillips location was able to get me in within the hour. Every staff member that I came in contact with (4 of them) were so kind & polite. They were so sympathetic to my pain & made it easy for me to check in & sign in so I didn’t have to speak much. Dr Abdennour & his assistant, Cindy, did an amazing job on my very complicated molar root canal. I had no pain during or after the experience. I have had root canals before with other doctors, but there is no comparison. Dr Abennour is a gifted doctor who is gentle, compassionate, & thorough.
Absolutely Heinous Experience – Avoid at All Costs I had an absolutely terrible experience here, and you need to take warning. They are listed on my insurance website as being in-network. I even called last week, spoke with the office manager, and she personally confirmed they accepted my insurance and booked the appointment for me. HORRIBLE DOCTOR! Galla came in playing nice but soon turned on my son telling him to behave and telling me to get my “chancleta” on my son so he could keep his mouth open to which I responded I don’t hit my son. My son was abiding by his requests BUT my son has super sensitive gag reflex and the doctor did not care. Told my son he makes $900 every 30 minutes (what does a 14 yr old care?) so to not waste his time. I had a very disappointing experience with this office. I went in for a root canal and the pain never went away afterwards. Because of the severe pain, I couldn’t proceed with the crown right away, and they only managed to fill the tooth temporarily. When I returned to the endodontist, I was charged for an X-ray that they hadn’t taken in the first place, only to be told that my tooth was fractured and that I had broken it by biting on something — which makes no sense since I couldn’t even bite due to the pain.
