I had a great experience at Mid-Florida Endodontics. The front desk team—Whitney, Gigi, and Carmen—were very responsive and got me in quickly, making the entire process smooth from the start. Dr. McCall and his assistant, Ginayah, were wonderful—professional, kind, and very attentive. I was extremely anxious going in, but their expertise and care helped put me at ease. I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. The doctor was okay, but unfortunately the rest of the staff made the visit frustrating. The assistant seemed inexperienced and didn’t know how to properly take X-rays. I actually had to help guide her to find the correct position, which is something a patient should never have to do. Additionally, my interaction with Gigi over the phone was very unpleasant. She was rude, impatient and spoke in a way that made it difficult to even understand her. There was no effor... read more

0 if I could front office hard to work with/ argues with you about insurance. I understand you have to pay upfront, but they weren’t even willing to bill insurance for me without an argument…I don’t know how to bill insurance/I need CT scans doctors narrative. How the heck am I supposed to do that. They were telling me I had to go into my insurance portal and and attach an EDA. Like I know what that is. It’s big corporation and it’s not a private practice It’s all about $..
Everyone was pleasant, Dr McCall was awesome as well as his assistant. I was very nervous about getting my root canal done. Heard many horror stories but they made me feel comfortable from beginning to end.
