I have worn AFL leg braces for 50 years. I find getting new ones very stressful. Sometimes they don’t fit and require many adjustments, and sometimes you just throw them away because they’re beyond fitting. Then wait the required five years for insurance to reset and try again. I have never had a more professional provider in any type of medical service or medical equipment service. EVER. Victor and his are ultimate professionals and his team meet his high standards for care! Their knowledge and their willingness to listen to the patient is above stellar! I feel blessed to have them taking of me and my prosthesis!
I always have an awesome experience with Mid Florida. I see Victor he's an awesome guy, if I have a problem with my prosthetic he always makes it his priority to get me in and take care of the problem or one of his staff and very knowledgeable and cares about his patience. I love Mid Florida if you're an amputee or need an orthopedic specialist this is the place you want to go.
I’ve been going to mid Florida prosthetics for a decade now and they are hands down the best in the area. This review comes with the experience of going to other prosthetic companies in the Gainesville area. If you need prosthetic work done Mid Florida is the team you need!
The staff and office operations are fine but the orthotics made for me only helped my walking partially. My plan is to purchase another pair of shoes that may work better with the orthotics and go back for another adjustment if needed. The staff is very accommodating regarding this.
