Y'all all have been wonderful thus far and I cannot thank y'all enough. Being new to this and seeing how it doesn't come with a set of instructions or rules everything's just different and you got to feel your way through it I guess. Vic and the rest of the staff of the Jacksonville office has never made me feel rushed and always made me feel welcome. Always takes the time to listen to my issues and work on them.
