I have been to both the Lake City office and the Jacksonville office they have both been great staff is very warm and friendly they never act like you're a bother. As a new amputee I have a lot of questions and are having to make a lot of adjustments. The staff has been phenomenal I always leave walking better than when I arrived. The ladies at the call center are great as well. Thank you again MidFlorida prosthetics
Had a great consult in Jacksonville office recently. Ive been a partial bilateral amputee for over 50 years and I moved to Fl and have been searching for the right fl dr! I’ve def found him and am excited to get new dr!! Sincerely Vicky marden
From the first contact with Ashley for setting up my appointment thru several more appointments with Darlene it's been a wonderful experience! Their care and concern are beyond measure! Always so efficient. Never a wait in the waiting room. Very patient with me when I change my mind 10 times. Darhlene is very good helping me pick my shoes even though we do not have a big selection!
