Always so efficient. Never a wait in the waiting room. Very patient with me when I change my mind 10 times. Darhlene is very good helping me pick my shoes even though we do not have a big selection!
Shown the utmost respect . Can’t wait to get my shoes . Never had custom built insoles before , I’m anxious to see if they give me back my stability .I'm falling apart , Hoping new shoes and insoles are a step in the direction of getting some mobility back . Hay Dudes are easy to put on , Not much good for anything else .
Everyone was friendly and professional, the office was clean and comfortable. This has Been a life changing experience for us, they answered all our questions, walked us step by step thru what we were going to need, and a timeline to get thru the process. Would highly recommend.

Check in was lengthy. I had filled out a sheath of papers prior to my arrival, that was not enough. There was also a long time to stand at a window. Thank goodness my daughter had accompanied me. I am unable to stand for extended periods.
