Abigail Hepler- Patterson from the Savoy office location has not been helpful. We have continued parking issues at this apartment complex and our unit. Cars are parking infront of unit. We were told this was not allowed months ago as this is an emergency lane. Not only is it an emergency lane, cars are parked in the opposite direction they should be. Abigail's repsonse to addressing our concern was we don't have staff to monitor this everyday and may not have someone available to come out today to view this problem. We have ... read more

Pros: - Megan from the front office was very receptive to my questions, and guided me in the right direction for further help. Thank you Megan!! - Size of apartment - Pet friendly w/ pet station for dogs - Quiet (aside from new construction on North end) and very safe community - Response time with maintainence workers has been quick, and they come out in a day after request had been made (even in an ice storm!) Do not live here! Since the day we moved in we have been absolutely miserable. The walls/floors are paper thin and you can hear everything from the neighboring units. My pregnant wife and I work a typical 8-5 and we are kept up late every night by the noise and are awoken countless times during the night from the noise. During the day we wear noise canceling headphones so that we are able to work remote. On conference calls for work the noise is very noticeable to our coworkers. I would recommend not living here. We lived here for 1 year and were miserable. Here is a list of everything we had to deal with during our lease: 1. The walls are paper thin and made of very cheap materials. We could hear and smell everything from our neighbors. 2. We had to beg and plead to have management come out and put screens on our windows. Management was never responsive. 3. Katie from Fairlawn Properties main office was super helpful and although we are still in the process of moving in I want to highlight her great energy, steadfast and thorough assistance with getting some resolve on a discrepancy we had. She was such a game changer and the sole reason we will now consider Middletown Property. Thank you so much Katie…I told you I would speak to how great you were today ☺️.
