I have been going there since 2020 and I really like Dr.Ruma Anand. There is this one lady (Dental Hygienist) seeing me from last 3 visits. I feel like she doing more marketing than the actual job. She is more interested to tell me their plans and other stuff. Today was high point. She left me half way and went to find out about my insurance.
From the moment I first contacted the office, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The initial phone call was handled with such warmth and professionalism that it immediately put me at ease. Been going to this office for the past 5 years. I am giving a 1-star review purely due to Fanny in billing. While speaking with her during my last visit she tried scheduling more appointments for me (which were not needed), and that I would have to pay out of pocket for them. Was also constantly pushed to get unnecessary products and services which, after receiving a second opinion, I did not need any of the "required" services. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Mid Jersey Smiles! Dr. Anand is not only highly skilled in her practice (Invisalign, cleanings, X-rays, whitening etc.) but she also takes the time to explain every step, so you feel confident in your treatment plan.
