Been going to this office for the past 5 years. I am giving a 1-star review purely due to Fanny in billing. While speaking with her during my last visit she tried scheduling more appointments for me (which were not needed), and that I would have to pay out of pocket for them. Was also constantly pushed to get unnecessary products and services which, after receiving a second opinion, I did not need any of the "required" services. I have been going there since 2020 and I really like Dr.Ruma Anand. There is this one lady (Dental Hygienist) seeing me from last 3 visits. I feel like she doing more marketing than the actual job. She is more interested to tell me their plans and other stuff. Today was high point. She left me half way and went to find out about my insurance.
I’m really satisfied with the service I’ve received at MidJersey Smiles. Every time I called the office for an appointment they always accommodating and try to work with my busy schedule which is a big plus. Dr. Ruma Anand is so professional and she is detailed oriented and explains everything she’s doing and if I need after care she goes over everything very clearly. Will recommend her to family and friends.
I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Mid Jersey Smiles! Dr. Anand is not only highly skilled in her practice (Invisalign, cleanings, X-rays, whitening etc.) but she also takes the time to explain every step, so you feel confident in your treatment plan. I have been coming to Dr. Anand for years now. She has helped me come so far in my dental journey. She always is looking to address the best health of each tooth and always willing to work with me within my budgets. She is very gentle handed with every needle I have to have for the tons of procedures that I’ve come to her for.
