Two hour wait to be seen. Many others waiting just as long. Not the first time at this office. Seriously, no one could be bothered to at least come out to let the patients/customers know what's going on? A sign stating that delays happen doesn't disavow responsibility to good customer service. Check your Yelp.
Office Manager is rude and would not talk to BCBS Insurance Carrier. Told my Daughter she did not have Insurance. This is the worst service I have ever had! I will drive to Lubbock or Dallas before I go to this Office again!
