I took my Honda to get serviced for a couple of problems I was having. Mr. Jim was so helpful throughout the whole process! He kept me posted along the way with what was happening and what my timeframe was! Brandon did a wonderful job working on my car! All my concerns and most importantly my car was taken car of! The service manager is belligerent and unhelpful, all the service writers are busy joking around and not attending to your needs. When speaking to the service manager I asked for some help and his response was "they will get to you when they can. From what I could see they were all joking around with one another and not attending to the customers. There only 2 cars in the area and the other person seeking serviced was also pissed.
