I keep getting texts that my bill is due and my balance has been paid. Their billing system is a joke.
Garbage company. Sent my bill to the wrong address so I never got it and then turned it over to a collections agency. No phone call, no text message, no emails. My address is a house and they added a random apartment number on it so never got it. Waste of time for a $49 bill.
My trip to the ER a was in July. The billing practice for St Thomas Ascension is atrocious. I’m still getting bills. The process for billing seems like a strong arm tactic. I have received a bill each month since July for a different service. It is December now.
Sent me text message after a simple payment to leave a review which is quite annoying so here is your review. Don't bug your customers with additional marketing texts.
Billing rep was very helpful and escalated my concerns over billing charges.
