Garbage company. Sent my bill to the wrong address so I never got it and then turned it over to a collections agency. No phone call, no text message, no emails. My address is a house and they added a random apartment number on it so never got it. Waste of time for a $49 bill.

My trip to the ER a was in July. The billing practice for St Thomas Ascension is atrocious. I’m still getting bills. The process for billing seems like a strong arm tactic. I have received a bill each month since July for a different service. It is December now.

Sent me text message after a simple payment to leave a review which is quite annoying so here is your review. Don't bug your customers with additional marketing texts.

The only issue is you did not give me the option to pay a different amount just amount due With 2 ER visits 1 surgery more than 2 specialists each doing diagnostic testing trying to keep up Was hard enough they all have pay different amount BUT you did not made an already stressful situation much more difficult!!!!!!!

They took xrays of my hand at the Ascension St. Thomas ER in Murfreesboro, and completely MISSED there was a second dislocated finger. Because of them, and the ER docs also not seeing it - I suffered the other dislocation for FIVE DAYS before the ortho in Franklin caught and fixed their mistake. Unbelievable. I saw the xray in the ortho's office, and it was very obvious. Two dislocations. I almost had to have surgery because of their stupid mistake. Do better.
