Dr. Amin has been my ENT Doctor for over 10+ years. His empathetic nature and ability to share very complex healthcare details in layman's term is second to none. The facility is absolutely stunning and everyone at the clinic is so helpful. If you're looking for an ENT don't hesitate to pick Midtown ENT.
Definitely would not recommend, mainly for the customer service and billing/insurance issues. Still trying to resolve the billing for a single appointment I had over 10 months ago. I made certain it was in network, but was still charged the full amount and have been sent multiple bills for months about it. Wonderful!!! I’m impressed very professional office. I’m blown away. Appt was quick front desk staff lady and male was very nice. PA was actively listening. The MD was very understanding and really wanted to help me. He referred to me the best doctor which is a nerve ent specialist. I’m so happy I am jumping for joy. Everyone please come here. Today I took my 97 yr old grandmother in for an appt. The visit went great. We were promptly greeted and placed in a room within 5-10 mins. Renee and the Physician Assistant Maria were gentle, patient, and kind. They listened to our concern and were able to perform the necessary treatment. Additionally, we were provided with clear next steps and aftercare instructions. I was very pleased with the service. Finally, I loved that the practice has its own free parking and we were able to get an appointment within 48 hours.
I had an excellent experience at this Midtown ENT office today. The clinic was very clean and professional looking which didn’t stop there, From the front desk to the physician, everyone was professional, kind, and efficient. Dr. Shivan Amin and his assistant took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood the plan moving forward. I never felt rushed and felt genuinely cared for. I HIGHLY recommend Midtown ENT!!
