Today I took my 97 yr old grandmother in for an appt. The visit went great. We were promptly greeted and placed in a room within 5-10 mins. Renee and the Physician Assistant Maria were gentle, patient, and kind. They listened to our concern and were able to perform the necessary treatment. Additionally, we were provided with clear next steps and aftercare instructions. I was very pleased with the service. Finally, I loved that the practice has its own free parking and we were able to get an appointment within 48 hours.
I had an excellent experience at this Midtown ENT office today. The clinic was very clean and professional looking which didn’t stop there, From the front desk to the physician, everyone was professional, kind, and efficient. Dr. Shivan Amin and his assistant took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood the plan moving forward. I never felt rushed and felt genuinely cared for. I HIGHLY recommend Midtown ENT!!
I arrived at my appointment with anxiety not knowing what was causing my loss of hearing after battling a serious cold. The staff was very helpful and courteous as well as compassionate about my fears. Dr Amin's assistant was very helpful knowledgeable and attentive and patient with my numerous questions. Dr. Amin answered all of my questions ensuring I understood the next steps that would be taken during my treatment.I give high scores for the entire experience.
Everyone I met today at Midtown ENT were absolutely wonderful. Everyone had a smile on their face and treated me like I was special. We had great conversations and I learned a lot about my condition. Thank you all.
