Parts Department Review Absolutely terrible experience with the parts department. I called 5 separate times over the course of 3 days, and every single time I was put on hold for 10+ minutes without anyone coming back to help me. I’ve genuinely had shorter hold times calling the IRS than I did trying to get through to this dealership’s parts department. Never got a call back after twice chatting on line with them.totally not good.
Absolutely loved that they had the recall parts in stock so I could get the issue fixed same day. But the 2 stars are for afterwards. When I got the call saying they were done, Scott told me they cracked my dash and they broke one of the passenger front panels. After I left I turned on my AC and it didn't work (had zero problems with before) I messaged him telling him the issue and he said 'you might have a blower motor resistor that is starting to act up. This particular dealership has now contacted me over 50 times with cold calls. I don’t want a new car. I can’t afford one. I am currently filing a report with the police for harassment. Don’t call them. Do look at the cars. Just don’t.
Anytime I call. Morning midday or afternoon. Always get put on hold and forgotten. Still on the call. It's been 42 minutes.
