Do not bring your vehicle here…It will take 4-7 hours for a simple oil change and the service manager George will lie and do whatever he can to deny fixing anything under a warranty. I brought my vehicle in for a blown speaker and a damaged display. He lied and said that the display was damaged by external forces and I am still going back and forth with nissan to get that repaired. Last year I had horrible experience with service. That advisor & mechanic are no longer there. I don't take any pleasure from hearing this, but the cost of what I spent on repairs & mistakes was ridiculous. FAST FORWARD to today's service with Steve "Booty" Boudousquie... what a refreshing change. Steve was amazing, he looked back at previous service, didn't push anything I didn't need & his techs did a great job, along with a video of their finds. Was lied to about the car being at the dealer. Drove an hour to look at it and neither the salesman nor the car were at the dealership, when I showed up on time for the meeting / test drive. Very dishonest, shady dealership. Lupita, who tried to step in for said salesman, was very nice, but there were already too many red flags to deal with this car dealership.
My appointment for service (oil change & lube) and inspection went really well. Tim Roberts is a great service advisor. I always get in & out on time.
Went for 50k service of my Rogue and experience was good, they even give both rides free due to first time, also they don’t try to upsell me with unwanted repairs or service
