I had a great experience at Midway Nissan Service getting an oil change. My service tech and mechanic were a huge help when there was a conflict between my reservation time and their closing time but they still made it happen. What made it even more impressive is that they did all of this without even knowing I was about to leave on a 22-hour road trip. Their professionalism, customer service and willingness to help really stood out. I truly appreciate the team at Midway Nissan Service.
Most of the time I don't mind coming here. The usual person I work with is friendly and tells me about my service. The last time I went in , a different person helped me. He wasn't friendly. He never told me about my car. Everything came through a text message. I don't know if this is a new thing at the dealership, or just the way this guy did it. I don't want a text about my car being worked on. I want someone to come and explain it to me. The wait time is always LONG.
The service part was fine. However I didn't appreciate a sales associate coming into the service building trying to sell me a new car. Then another one from the leasing dept came over trying to interest me in leasing. If thats Nissan's new way , I'll be going elsewhere for my car services.
