Do not bring your vehicle here…It will take 4-7 hours for a simple oil change and the service manager George will lie and do whatever he can to deny fixing anything under a warranty. I brought my vehicle in for a blown speaker and a damaged display. He lied and said that the display was damaged by external forces and I am still going back and forth with nissan to get that repaired. I have bought several Nissans over the years from Midway and have no problem with their car buying experience but their Service is a whole other issue! I just had my 2019 Kicks serviced and I forgot to tell Steve (the service rep) that I had a coupon! At pickup I told him and he immediately had a attitude! Then as the attendant pulled my car up I went to get the coupon out of the car and Steve Yelled at me saying I had to pay before I left (like I was trying to leave without paying). Nicholas Thomas was who I worked with and he was great! I had a few things for them to look at while doing a scheduled maintenance visit, and it was a pretty quick turn around. I will be honest I basically live out of my car because of my job and didn’t have time to clean it out before my appointment. They were super respectful and honestly didn’t touch anything that didn’t need to be serviced.
