From scheduling, to check-in, through the cleaning and exam, every one was very professional and well organized. During the exam Dr Arts clearly informed me of her findings and made helpful suggestions regarding the care of my teeth. I highly recommend Dr Arts and her team!
Since I retired, I submitted my Medicare Advantage plan card to their office. They spent so much time trying to determine how they were going to be paid and wouldn't see me unless they were reassured that my appointment had to be rescheduled. Before I left the premisis I called the customer service number on the back of my card and spoke to a representative. Gave the phone to them and only then they were able to set things up. Whatever you do, do NOT go to this dentist, Dr Arts. Apparently a staff member had called in sick on the day of my appt and as a result Dr Arts was rude and frazzled and treated me like it was my fault. She said they would do an extra set of X-rays as a courtesy because she wanted them done in house, then turned around and billed for them, as well as other charges that were not discussed.
