From scheduling, to check-in, through the cleaning and exam, every one was very professional and well organized. During the exam Dr Arts clearly informed me of her findings and made helpful suggestions regarding the care of my teeth. I highly recommend Dr Arts and her team!
This is a fabulous place to get dental work done. The people are happy, energetic and very knowledgeable and helpful. A new and refreshing office environment with new equipment and a very nice waiting room you probably will not ever use because they are on time! I have had teeth repaired and crowns added and cleanings and all have been gentle and pain free and very reasonable pricing. Easy access and parking. Do yourself a favor and give them a try for your next dental visit. I have been going here for about 3 years.
I always feel valued and that I am actively involved in the decision making for my oral health. On that note, I feel like my medicare benefits are being used up on services that could be done all at once. I didn't appreciate a referral to an out of network oral surgeon and then I had to find one myself. I just need some teeth pulled, not surgery.
Dr. Arts and her hygienists are great to work with. They care about their patients and make sure they are comfortable. I was happy with my care and will continue to make Midwest Dental my choice for dental care.
Great patient care as always and knowledgeable regarding treatments that could help me with great dental hygiene.
