Since I retired, I submitted my Medicare Advantage plan card to their office. They spent so much time trying to determine how they were going to be paid and wouldn't see me unless they were reassured that my appointment had to be rescheduled. Before I left the premisis I called the customer service number on the back of my card and spoke to a representative. Gave the phone to them and only then they were able to set things up. I have been going to Midwest Dental for a couple moths already. Dr Art's is a very friendly and good Dentist. I also would like to compliment Macy and Gigi who assist Dr. Art's. They are very friendly and make you feel comfortable.
Love Doctor Arts and Christina did a great job cleaning my teeth. Happy atmosphere from the minute you walk in the door until you leave. Thank you always!
