very sweet and caring staff even for a small issue like slicing my finger tip. They took great care of me. Sweet caring and professional. Thank you so much for the care and service. Ill def come back if i ever need to. ( hopefully not lolol ) 🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪
The front desk female was very rude, seemed as if she absolutely hates being here. I have an autistic child who walked in with his tablet and apparently having a tablet and loud vocal child is not aloud here. The lady who did his vitals also seemed like she hates working here. She wasn't rude but definitely wasn't welcoming. Sitting here waiting and hoping that the nurse or doctor that comes in is a much more pleasant experience. I definitely won't come back to this specific Midwest Express.
I visit this location often and have always received wonderful service. The staff is always friendly and always do their best to get me in and out quickly. It’s clean and welcoming.
Great visit from the front office girl to the MA and the NP! Scheduled my visit the night before, registered and showed up the next morning with no issues. Would recommend and would chose this place again. The visit was for my granddaughter’s school physical. She is 6 yrs old and was treated like a princess, especially by the MA.
My mom came in with covid symptoms and could barely walk. It was determined by the nurse practioner that she should treat my mom for allergies after the covid test came back negative. Fast forward, I take her to the er. She has covid and the doctor is completely stupified as to why a provider would dish out Flonase for this. I have no trust in this facility and from here forward, you should question what these people are doing.
