Staff is great but the auto deductions your bill with whatever insurance doesn't pay without warning I dont appreciate. My last visit they didnt update insurance and I am overdrawn. They said it will take 5-10 days if they actually refund. It should have been a workers compensation. So they are rebilling, all great and fine, but thats not fixing the overdraft today. I only have a debit card, no credit. They said they called but they never left message for real. Not a fan of the billing system. Staff- yes awesome.
I would like to thank the wonderful young lady handling the front desk check in and vitals. You are doing a fabulous job and you have a very good friendly attitude and provide professional customer service. The medical provider was attentive to my health concerns and gave me prompt informed feedback; also super professional and friendly and caring.
Went in because my head lost a match to the corner of a shelf, and they patched me up super quick! Staff and Doctor were really nice and professional through my mini trauma... Would recommend going if you're in need, great convenience.
The front desk person, I think it was Sarah, was so kind!! She got us in right away and made sure my son was given ibuprofen immediately for his fever!! The doctor saw us pretty quickly and was very thorough.
Yes, Samantha was amazing, & Tina was truly unbelievable. So kind, hard working. Listened, and understood. Was not rushing. She did amazing. Samantha did great too, they are really just great people. I will go back everytime! - Hanna D
