Staff is great but the auto deductions your bill with whatever insurance doesn't pay without warning I dont appreciate. My last visit they didnt update insurance and I am overdrawn. They said it will take 5-10 days if they actually refund. It should have been a workers compensation. So they are rebilling, all great and fine, but thats not fixing the overdraft today. I only have a debit card, no credit. They said they called but they never left message for real. Not a fan of the billing system. Staff- yes awesome.
Dr Allen is always very welcoming while providing excellent care and making sure that she understands exactly what's going on. I will only trust her with my medical issues. Being new to the area, it's hard to find a doctor that you can connect with and that you can trust to provide you with the best possible care. And for me, that is Dr. Allen!

This was my first experience with an urgent care clinic. I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness and orderliness of the waiting area. This attention to detail was evident throughout the facility as a whole. The staff was both polite and attentive. The medical staff that treated me exhibited both patience and skill. I received excellent care and the NP who diagnosed my condition put me on the road to recovery. Thank you all!
I would like to thank the wonderful young lady handling the front desk check in and vitals. You are doing a fabulous job and you have a very good friendly attitude and provide professional customer service. The medical provider was attentive to my health concerns and gave me prompt informed feedback; also super professional and friendly and caring.
