The staff and Dr were so nice and sweet. Very kind. I appreciate that. Very caring. I will continue to go to that location. I wasn't judged or treated poorly at all. They were all so helpful and you could tell they all are kind hearted. We need more Drs and nurses like this !
Thank you for being so warm and quick. Staff and provider were excellent care for both my 6 yr old and I. They really went above and beyond with time and care. It is hard getting samples from my daughter but they made her feel comfortable to even act silly. The doctor was very attentive with my questions as well and also warm like her staff.
This was my very first time going here and overall, it was a great experience. Very fast, Clean, very nice staff/Doctor, And got test results fairly quick. I absolutely can say that this would be my “go-to” urgent care From here on out.
Went in with my son because he’s been sick the last couple weeks on and off. The lady at the front desk was so nice and pleasant and patient. It started getting busy when we got there. Everyone that we seen once we got to the back was also very nice and helpful. The Doctor my son seen was great! Didn’t make me feel rushed and listened to all my concerns even though I know she had a ton of patients. We were in and out within an hour. Definitely will be making this my go to Urgent Care from now on.
This was my very first experience going to any type of walk in clinic, or urgent care. Therefore, when I walked in the lobby, and only saw only one person in the lobby waiting the day before New Year's, I was thinking wow, this will be a right in and out type of experience. As I was waiting to see the Dr, I was thinking so much for being an express type of place, and the wait was much longer than I expected.
