We took our 10 year old here because we were out getting something to eat and it was the closest location. Fortunately we got here 10 mins before closing and they were nice enough to help us out. My wife said this is the best location she has been too and easily 5 stars except they didn't send the prescription that night like we asked and they said they would. This was my first time coming to a Midwest Express Clinic and they are PHENOMENAL! From the sweet receptionist who answered all my questions to the MA who took my vitals and did my nebulizer treatment to Tatiana the Nurse Practitioner who was so caring and helpful! The experience was top notch from the moment I arrived till I left. Extremely clean and organized, I was in and out in an hour
Yes. Everything was great. From the temperature of the clinic.. the cleanliness and madonisation of the clinic. It's a def plus there was a Keurig machine and nice music and a movie to look at. I was pleasantly pleased. Also the customer service person was so sweet and welcoming.. plus intake person was the nicest with my grandson that's on the Autism Spectrum. I really appreciated it. The doctor was also welcoming and made u have a sense of comfort. Thanks
10, the Doctor Who took care of me was fantastic. She is the best. 10 she is very kind and patient Being a person who is terrified of doctors and could count on one hand how many times I have gone in the last 25 years, I'm glad I found this place. Everyone is always very nice and patient and they listen, I will be back.
This place is fantastic. I've been here on several occasions and it's always filled with wonderful people who are good at their jobs and are very efficient. Easy to come in and get checked out pretty quickly. Every time I come here I'm pretty amazed at the whole staff. You really feel taken care of.
