First and foremost can I just say it was an amazing experience. I went there for the first time! From the moment I enter the glass doors. I was greeted with a smile and friendliness! The place was clean and not packed at all. I was seen in a matter of minutes! The assistance we received was quick, well informed, and most of all kind. It was our first visit here and the person at reception was assisting another 2 patients besides us and did so without missing a beat and set my Ma at ease until we met with the Nurse Practitioner. Eric, the NP, is incredibly knowledgeable and a bedside manner many should strive for. My Ma is healing up everyday and it all started thanks to her improved mindset after having visited. This place is terrible. They have misdiagnosed my kids twice. I will never come here again. The doctor gives you about 30 seconds of her time and then gives it her best guess. I came in and told her the symptoms my child was having and what I thought it was. She diagnosed her with HFMD when she didn’t have a rash on her hands, feet, or in her mouth. I took her to the pediatrician the next day since I knew the doctor at this clinic was incorrect and exactly like I thought she had what I told the doctor I thought it was. Then ... read more
First time there, the entire staff was very friendly. It was quick and efficient while feeling like I was heard and taken care of. Staff also took their time to explain everything. I highly recommend.
The check-in process was quick and easy.My daughter was seen immediately. When I called back because our pharmacy was closed, the provider was quick to suggest a different pharmacy to ensure that my daughter’s medication could be obtained the same day. It was a great experience.
