I normally visit the one in Gage Park but their customer service has decreased a bit. A friend recommended this location...now I see why. It feels like it just opened that day; smelled fresh, clean, inviting. The front desk agent was very professional and courteous. As soon as I sat down to complete my forms I was called to the examination room. The female medical assistant was very nice, professional and respectful. Everyone was amazing. I felt extremely comfortable. Michelle was fast and efficient. From the second she called me back, she was with me throughout the whole process. It was an amazing and quick experience. Will be back soon!!

Come here if you want to pay $127 WITH IN-NETWORK insurance for a simple strep test. Ridiculous. Go anywhere else.

Front desk staff is unprofessional! Tried to berate me in front of my grandchild and visitors! Have visited this office on several occasions, spending my money when the insurance didn't cover simple procedures like back to school physicals... today they wanted proof of guardianship as though they have nothing on file.. never asked for the pt name or d.o.b until I noted the fact.
