Excellent service, everyone was very friendly. Joshua was very kind from the moment I checked in until my checkout. Dr. Sidney was very kind and effective. The nurse who took my son's vital signs was also very nice and kind. Excellent team, fast and friendly, I would definitely recommend them. 100/10
This place has excellent customer service and efficient care, from the receptionist to the provider. I had a killer migraine that would NOT budge despite taking 3 different migraine medications. It had been going on for nearly a month!! I came here on a Saturday morning and was seen immediately. I was seen by the fabulous Adriana, NP, who helped me get IV fluids as well as pain and nausea medications. She is very sweet and made sure to answer all of my questions! I had a great experience here! The receptionist, Josh, was really nice and welcoming as soon as I walked in. I was able to do a same-day check-in just like I planned, without signing up in advance, and I was called back literally a minute after I sat down. Super fast and efficient. The PA I saw, Adri, was amazing—she listened to all my concerns and addressed everything clearly and thoroughly. I really appreciated how smooth and easy the whole visit was!
This was one of the best express care visits I’ve ever had. Damaris at the front desk was the first person I interacted with, and she was welcoming, efficient, and kind. I had barely started filling out my intake paperwork when I was already being called back for triage. Soon after that, I saw the provider, Sydney, who diagnosed me quickly and clearly explained the treatment plan and medications. From start to finish, the entire visit took about 20 minutes. I felt genuinely cared for every step of the way.
I spent maybe a total of 30 minutes at this clinic, i saw a nurse for few questions and tests, strep, flu, and covid. And the physician I saw for maybe 10 minutes total, while everyone on staff was professional and friendly, I was billed after the fact, post insurance, and somehow owe nearly $350. I was charged $180 for a Covid test alone. Was charged for 2 of the same flu tests.
