I came here yesterday for a bad cut that happened the day before. They originally said it would be over a three hour wait but i couldn't get to a different location and they ended up triaging me and treating me quickly (was in and out in under 2 hours). I was very scared and stressed out when I came in but all the staff members were very kind, knowledgeable and caring.

Absolute thieves that smile in your face and act like they care for you. I hobbled into this location on crutches and in major pain due to my IT band pain; I informed the PA that I had been taking a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory (Aleve) for 5 days. She then sends a prescription to Walgreens for me to take and says "if you don't feel better in 5-7 days, come back." I choose MEC. For the first time, pre check in with appointment set( I had respiratory problem, deep coughs that hurt) . I got there about 8 minutes before my appointment scheduled at 12:00. I was left in a room from 12:15 pm and by 12:55 pm still no doctors at site. I decided to leave since I wasn't feeling well and my status was defeating .The story is that no matter if you are sick or booked an appointment to see a doctor , you will waste your time and be ready for the wait, specially if you are not feeling well.
