Terrible experience. Waited 4 hours after scheduling an “appointment”. Was told its first come first served so that was pointless. Called three times for invoice. First time said it took three days to be generated. Second time never got a call back. Third time I was told by billing there was a record of my services, but still no invoice. Billing then said it was a different billing department helping me and they would need to transfer me but sent me back to the original prompt to call back into the same team. Midwest Express Clinic and Dr Sydney was great! We took our 2 year old in for concerns and the whole experience was great. The Dr was very kind and the front desk staff was very helpful with understanding the insurance. Overall 10 out of 10 experience
So glad to have a reliable urgent care clinic in the area!!! I had to go in on a Friday night, and their online check-in process made it super easy. I checked in from my phone at home and then headed over. I was the only patient in the waiting room and was brought back within a couple of minutes (keep in mind this is a new clinic, so wait times will likely increase as more people hear about it). Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I am very thankful for their help!
Staff is knowledgeable and friendly but wait time was SO LONG! I waited over 2 hours to be seen and wasn’t warned about the long wait at arrival. Short staffed with only one provider present. Go to another location with more physicians available.
The entire experience was wonderful. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the friendly staff. A nurse then escorted us within five minutes. Dr. Amy Altenberger examined my son's ankle injury and ordered an X-ray. The results were available within two hours. Dr. Amy telephoned us with the prescription details, which she sent to our nearest pharmacy, and provided instructions for ankle recovery.
