My first time here, and the staff was welcoming and polite. Dr Eric Flowers is bubbly but great at his job. We were in & out within the hour. Thank you so much for helping my son remove the cotton of a q-tip from his inner ear canal. We are forever grateful. Will definitely use this urgent care more often. Great job staff, and very clean environment. 10 out of 10 recommend
Amazing staff and clinicians. I do not remember my first Dr. name but he did my stitches and talked to me through them and assured me I took them well. Quick and efficient and wasn’t annoyed that I came in last minute. When I was seen by Eric I felt like I was seeing an old friend. Very warm and friendly welcome also talked me through getting the stitches removed. Amazing team
The employees were so nice and gentle and asked for permission to do something..also they recommended so many over the counter medications overall I rate this visit a 10/10.
Went as soon as they opened today. 2nd time going to this location. The receptionist was very nice. The MA Margarita was also very nice and attentive. I was most impressed with the provider Adrienne Dudly. She made me feel seen, heard, and gave me really good patient care instructions. She is very knowledgeable, confident, and has great patient rapport. I will continue coming back here.
I visited this clinic for urgent care and was pleased with the experience. Check-in was quick, and prices were affordable even without insurance. The cost for my breathing treatment was reasonable. The staff was attentive, prescribed the necessary medication, and truly listened to my concerns. Highly recommend for prompt and compassionate care.
