I visited Medical Express Clinic last month, and while the visit itself was fine, the billing experience was extremely disappointing. When I paid for my visit, the receptionist informed me that she had accidentally overcharged me and assured me that I would receive the difference as a refund. I was supposed to pay $125, but she never mentioned the actual charge or provided a printed receipt.
