My first time here, and the staff was welcoming and polite. Dr Eric Flowers is bubbly but great at his job. We were in & out within the hour. Thank you so much for helping my son remove the cotton of a q-tip from his inner ear canal. We are forever grateful. Will definitely use this urgent care more often. Great job staff, and very clean environment. 10 out of 10 recommend
The employees were so nice and gentle and asked for permission to do something..also they recommended so many over the counter medications overall I rate this visit a 10/10.

DOT EXAM: Highly satisfied! I was in Chicago for a layover, and decided to get my DOT Examination taken care of. The staff was highly efficient, and took the time to explain my results. Medical Examiner Adrienne went above and beyond to also give me suggestions on staying healthy, which is pertinent as a truck driver.
