Staff was caring, courteous, professional and genuinely cared for my well being. If need be I will be back to this site for care. This office is very clean and organized. I will share my wondetful experience with friends & family.
We had an excellent experience at this urgent care. My husband’s ear was completely clogged, and the provider quickly assessed the issue and performed an ear irrigation. Within minutes, his ear was flushed out and he could hear again! The entire process was fast, professional, and there was no wait time at all. We were so impressed by how efficient and skilled the provider was. Highly recommend this urgent care for anyone needing prompt, effective care!
As soon as I walked in I was greeted with such a welcoming Smile and Hello. Aniah was super welcoming and very helpful. She made sure to answer all my questions thoroughly and made me feel very comfortable. This was my first time here and with the experience from the initial walk in and her positive attitude I will definitely be making this my permanent clinic!
This was my first time visiting your establishment. From the moment I entered until the time I exited, the service and staff were extremely professional, kind, caring, and courteous. It was very busy during my arrival. However, the young lady at the front desk handled everyone with patience and kindness. I was thoroughly impressed with the way in which she handled everyone. Everyone there exemplified the same characteristics. Great establishment.
The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable and the facility was super clean. Everything about my visit was wonderful except for the music playing throughout the facility. I felt like I was at the gym—think club music meets Muzak. Not exactly the vibe I’m going for while getting health care.
