Great service. Clean facility. Everyone there is kind and caring. The lobby can get crowded and parking can be hard since there are a lot of stores nearby. Even though it was pretty busy when I came, I was seen pretty quickly, maybe because I had an appt. They also have little goodie bags for little kids which was a big plus for my 3 year old.
Aleassia at Midwest Express Clinic was fantastic. The service was fast and efficient, and she was clearly very competent and knowledgeable. She was also friendly and professional, which made the visit comfortable and stress-free. The clinic itself was clean and well-run. Overall, a great experience — I really appreciated the high level of care and would absolutely recommend Aleassia and this clinic.
Sammielle was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was professional and only took one time to stick me due to my small veins. The entire office is amazing from start to finish. I love the writing on the wall and the front desk put the tv on for my daughter while I was in the the back. Hands down the best Midwest

Overall excellent experience. Seen quickly by competent and caring staff. Aleassia was wonderful, great bedside manner for my 10 year old son. You can tell she cares about kids. Even got him a popsicle for that little extra comfort. Thank you!
