I have brought my almost 9 year old here 3 times now and every experience Ive had was pleasant. Sometimes there was a bit of a wait (like when we got her back xray) but I expect that being a small location. Im just super glad they offer that service there at all as opposed to going to the ER. Weve seen 3 different doctors there and they were all women who listened when my daughter advocated for herself/I advocated/explained for her and even gave some tips on a possible underlying issue to look into with her PCP. everyone is ... read more
Midwest Express is always very helpful and quick. My daughter was not feeling well and they were able to see her right away! It’s not very often you are in and out at an urgent care. The staff is always so nice and helpful as well. I will only go to this urgent care from now on!!!!!
Everyone there was so so kind and helpful. Had it not been for their quick response to my issues, I could have gotten much worse. The Dr on site was so sweet, kind, calming, caring, and helpful as were the nursing staff! They immediately sent me to the ER once they saw something was off and it’s a good thing they did! This place is phenomenal! Just a heads up, they can’t do bloodwork here! So if u think you may need vitals checked that way, u may need to look elsewhere. Stay healthy! 💙
We were in need of an urgent care for my child. The doctor was really good with him and made him feel comfortable. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. If I ever need an urgent care in M.C. again, I will definitely go to this one.
Midwest is so quick and easy. The girls at the front desk when you walk in always make things short and simple. The wait is never long and I’ve always had pleasant providers. Makes life so much easier when people are kind. Thank you Midwest!
