I have brought my now 10 year old here more times than I can count. Every visit we've been treated with kindness patience and compassion. The Drs seem to be great diagnosticians and will give you more answers and treatments than any area ER (in our experience) Sometimes there was a bit of a wait (like when we got her back xray) but I expect that being a small location. From my initial phone inquiry to the end of my visit, every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and compassionate. The facility is immaculate. The provider was knowledgeable and anticipated a side effect of the Rx and provided a solution, something my primary care provider at the VA has never done. When you feel lousy, getting such kind (and effective) care is so important! I can't say enough about how pleased I was with my visit.

Check in was easy and staff was friendly. I believe Melissa was the person who signed me in and drew my blood. I occasionally pass out from vasovagal syncope, and I passed out this time, but she and the other staff were fantastic and made me feel better. I would come here again.
The Dr. and office staff were great. The billing is done by a different office and I have never encountered someone as rude, condescending, and unprofessional as Nikki in billing. I called multiple times as advised by my insurance company for their incorrect status coding and she refused to help me or connect me with anyone that could. All their other billing customer service representatives speak with a thick accent and are not trained properly. Unless you want dishonest, extra charges do not go here.
