Long wait time even with appointment. Very rushed exam. Only listened to my daughters lungs. Never checked throat, ears, etc. Most importantly, sent the wrong script for medicine for her not only once, but twice. Told me he was putting her on a cough syrup which she needed. Sent in antibiotics. First- pills, then amoxicillin. Antibiotics do nothing for a kid with a Covid cough. Will never go back.
Be sure to ask what you're out of pocket cost is before you even disclose the fact that you have insurance. This is absolutely disgusting the way this was billed. I was literally in the building for 20 to 30 minutes to get tested for the flu, COVID, and strep when I thought I was sick. $389.09 is what was charged for that short visit
Terrible service, I work in the medical field and never would we leave a front desk unsupervised ever. Pretty much was told I have to wait due to a break for the front desk as apparently they go on break at the same time. Not professional or safe by medical standards. Also been sitting here now over 30 minutes so break’s definitely over but they choose to not attend to anyone in the front. Not 1 person has come out to check if ppl need help.
