Please do not go here. I’ve tried calling this office 10+ times and they haven’t picked up a single time. They also never returned any of my calls. Since they don’t have any other way of contacting them, I had to drive all the way to their office to speak to them in person. On one occasion, they rescheduled my appointment a week later without even asking/notifying me first. We had an appointment this past week for a test to determine the next steps in my mom’s treatment. As requested, we arrived 15 minutes early, but when we arrived, the office was still closed. We waited for a while, as we had received a reminder about the appointment the day before. I left two messages and received no response. I called again today, but no one answered the phone. Terrible client services. I asked when I called if they have a location in New Lenox, they scheduled me at the Joliet location. I was 15 minutes late because I went to the wrong office. They told me I would have to reschedule. Very rude staff at front desk. 1st time ever giving a review but this was extremely upsetting.
Excellent caring staff! Natalia & Mattie go above & beyond to make your visit stress free. Dr. Barsanti is just wonderful. He took extra time to help work out a health plan that my husband could follow. We are so grateful!
I have been a patient of Dr.Rong Tu’s for 17 years. He is very thorough, very caring and follows up with his patients. His two nurses Maddie and Natalia are always doing everything to make the appointment comfortable, knowledgeable and responsive and do many things to make one feel safe and secure. I call with questions and they always get answers when needed. I recently needed a CT Scan like that day !
