Good therapists to work with overall. Mikayla Vican is awesome to work with. Front desk and billing area needs some work. Appointments reminders are not always sent, charging of credit cards for missed appointments that were never known about by the client, not great on alerting to when requested paperwork is completed for the client, not great at letting the therapists know when clients have checked in.
Ms. Mikayla Vican is one of the GOOD ONES, she’s a very compassionate person and she doesn’t judge, she will help one way or another, SHE IS COMPLETELY AWESOME, Thanks Doc, for helping my son! May God Bless You
Knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly nice. Ms. Vican is very attentive and puts my husband at ease during appointments. Staff are cheerful and helpful. A good experience all the way around.
Mikayla has been amazing . She takes the time to truly listen to what is going on. I feel like I have someone that has my back during the mental health struggle.
