I had been attending Lifestance for about a year now, when I first started, I was a real bad basket case. I did not want to get out of the bed. I had no energy. My anxiety was through the roof my thoughts were racing in my mind, i could not sleepand after my first meeting with Dr. Compton, he put me on a medication management and ask me if I would like to have therapy. I have always found lifestance to be professional and very helpful when it comes to appointments or any questions. Mike Compton is a very competent and knowledgeable provider as well. He is professional and personable. He listens and really works to try to help and create a plan of care that works specifically for me. I would highly recommend him!
I have had a great experience here so far. I feel like I am understood, and treated accordingly. Thank you to all staff involved in my care.
If I could leave zero stars I would. The actual therapists and psychiatrists I’ve worked with so far have been great, but the life stance programs are awful. It is impossible to get someone in the phone, you can’t log into your appointments from their website, and care providers are co distantly late. The only reason I’m using life stance is so that I don’t current interrupt my care. But this company is awful. Do not use it. Keep looking and find something that is actually user friendly.
This is my 2nd time with this company. I had seen Julie and she was very good at her job! I felt as if she truly cared-cares for her patients. So because I had a wonderful experience with the company I assumed it would be just like that again. Well unfortunately Willam Compton was right down rude, disrespectful and could care less about his patients. Just like I was charged 75.
