I met with Kim, who gave me an offer on my car, which we confirmed multiple times was good for 2 weeks. When I came back in 13 days later (after turning down other offers), they went back on that offer. The manager insisted that their offers are not good for that long, and that they even had no record of my previous appraisal (and didn't know who did it), despite me having some of the paperwork with the name of the people who filled it out for the quotes. We had an unfortunate experience with this dealership. The interaction deteriorated quickly, with high emotions and unprofessional behavior. One salesperson even left a voicemail demanding that I “pick up the phone” despite us communicating effectively via text — there was no reason for that escalation. Additionally, he seemed frustrated that I have both a personal and work phone number, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Called about a tsb part on my vehicle. Person on the phone got aggressive with me. Didn't give me his name and was mad that I called looking for a part or a service. Idk why I was transferred there without warning or even anyone explaining what I needed. Screw Mike maroone. I just want this differential fluid to stop leaking and they dont wanna help
