We had an unfortunate experience with this dealership. The interaction deteriorated quickly, with high emotions and unprofessional behavior. One salesperson even left a voicemail demanding that I “pick up the phone” despite us communicating effectively via text — there was no reason for that escalation. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Mike Maroone Cadillac in Boulder. I traded in my vehicle on September 23rd, and as of November 4th, they have still not paid off my trade-in. Because of their negligence, my credit has been negatively affected, and I’ve been forced to continue making payments on a vehicle I no longer own. After contacting GM Financial, I was told that they sent the paperwork back to Mike Maroone to correct Tax Credit issues, but have not heard anything back from the dealership since.
