David Perez at Mike Maroone Cadillac -Boulder was great to work with and found us exactly what we wanted. He was generous enough to have the car transferred from Colorado Springs to Boulder so it was closer for us to look at. He was very quick to respond! The process went fast and easy. I purchased a certified pre owned vehicle from this dealership back in April. My experience started off good. Jaime was very friendly and Jake was also helpful during the process. I’m an out of state buyer, we arranged the deliver process and the transaction seemed smooth. Then the problems started. 2 months came and went and we still had not received the title for the our vehicle, I put in a call to the dealership and was told not to worry they would look into it and get me a new temp tag while things got shorted out. I bought a used car from Mike Maroone. They gave me an inspection report prior to purchase stating the brakes were in a “green” condition but after driving for only a few weeks the brakes were squealing. I called for weeks, only to finally get a hold of the used car manager and he said he couldn’t do anything about it since it was sold as-is. Brayden was the sweetest! She was so kind and patient and caring - the whole team was awesome they worked with us and explained everything in detail.
