I recently purchased a Cadillac Vistiq and had a very good experience. I am located in Austin, TX but Mike Maroone had the exact car my wife wanted. Bought our first car virtually working with Kyle Pek and it went as smooth as I could have imagined. Had to go through some extra steps and had the car shipped but it arrived in the condition as advertised. Price and customer service was good.
What a wonderful staff and a great experience, I didn’t end up buying a vehicle. However, the next time I’m in the market, I will absolutely come see Caleb and Camryn to do so. I met with Kim, who gave me an offer on my car, which we confirmed multiple times was good for 2 weeks. When I came back in 13 days later (after turning down other offers), they went back on that offer. The manager insisted that their offers are not good for that long, and that they even had no record of my previous appraisal (and didn't know who did it), despite me having some of the paperwork with the name of the people who filled it out for the quotes. We had an unfortunate experience with this dealership. The interaction deteriorated quickly, with high emotions and unprofessional behavior. One salesperson even left a voicemail demanding that I “pick up the phone” despite us communicating effectively via text — there was no reason for that escalation. Additionally, he seemed frustrated that I have both a personal and work phone number, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional.
