Great experience, I went down to trade in my ol beater 22 f250 or a really nice 18 f150. Marlon (like brando) was my salesman that greated me like we had been friends for years. Addressed all my questions and concerns professionally, unfortunately we were unable to put a deal together today. I will be staying in touch with him for my future vechile needs.
The service department at Mike Maroone Chevrolet South in Colorado Springs, Colorado has been a nightmare to work with. Vehicles aren't perfect, so we understand the necessity of the repairs for our vehicle. I went to this location for my very first service visit, ever since purchasing my vehicle. April was my service advisor. She was a pleasure to work with. She was very attentive and her communication exceeded my expectations. Thank you, April!
I brought my 90k truck in for a rattle in the dash while driving. I found the rattle, used tooth picks to stop it (kinda said for a brand new 90k truck). I mentioned to the service advisor, the design seems bad, can you add some felt or cushion tape to the area to fix the rattle. The tech kept my truck the entire day to remove tooth picks and “adjusted” a portion of the dash only to return the truck to me rattling the drive out of the dealership.
My experience at Mike Maroone Chevrolet South was very positive. My service advisor, Ms. April Kuntzsch, was outstanding--she was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. She went above and beyond what I expected, ensuring that my 2024 Silverado was properly serviced while giving me the best price possible. Again, thanks for the great service!
