I was a satisfied customer of McAddon GMC for many years prior to it transitioning to this new ownership (Maroone). My visit to this dealer began simply enough, just a routine oil change for $150 and another $200 to diagnose a "check engine" light that showed up once, but then went away. They needed to keep it overnight, and said the code was from a "low voltage" signal, which would be fixed by replacing an intake air heater for $775 and would need to leave it for another day until they got the part. I came in for an oil change on my 2021 caddy along with some recall repairs. It was extremely easy to setup an appointment and I received reminders (without it being a hassle). I came in and was immediately greeted. In a few short minutes I was sitting in their lobby sipping on their coffee. My car was promised in 2 hours so I chose to wait. John and the team always treat me very well and with the utmost respect.
When searching for a shop for our new truck, due to a check engine light, we found this dealer. I noticed so many bad ratings for most dealers in the area except them. Super stressed because this is a new truck with less than 3K miles, and we have a check engine light. I explained we are from out of state (Texas) and stranded, they didn’t have an opening till the end of the week.
