Jon in service has been great to work with. Everytime I come in for service, he's very professional, transparent, and goes above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of.
I purchased my used truck in November 24 and the experience was simple and I feel like I got a great deal. Unfortunately I began to have engine issues a couple of months later (a risk you take with used vehicles), but the service department, specifically Jon, was amazing. Jon was very communicative with everything going on, they completed all the repairs in a timely manner, and even gave me a loaner comparable to what I was driving. This is the only place I trust with my and my wife's GMC vehicles. I was a new car GM/Chrysler Dealer for 12+yrs and I can safely say that Dave and John in service are as good as they come. Great communication, honest service, fair pricing... the best you can get!

I came in for an oil change on my 2021 caddy along with some recall repairs. It was extremely easy to setup an appointment and I received reminders (without it being a hassle). I came in and was immediately greeted. In a few short minutes I was sitting in their lobby sipping on their coffee. My car was promised in 2 hours so I chose to wait. By 1 hour and 45 minutes my car was ready! I am used to getting a 2 hour estimate and waiting 3 hours so I was pleasantly surprised. Prices were fair and the service was excellent. ... read more
