The service was absolutely phenomenal! My car hasn't been washed in quite a while, and it had this stubborn black dirt all over. By stubborn, I mean scrubbing with all my might could not remove the dirt, regardless of any cleaners I had from home. I genuinely thought it might just be something wrong with the paint. After the first wash, I got home and was sad to see it was still there. My wheels were also still dirty and the rims were terrible (and I had the ultimate wash!!). Was disappointed, as I was looking forward to getting the winter grime off of my car and ended up with a streaky mess. I payed 22 for the ultimate wash and still have lots of dirt on the car and even dust streaks where the washers missed. Attendant was friendly but it didn't match the results.
