I never had a problem with Mike's car wash until today. I picked The Works which always leaves my wheels shiny and grime-free and they left me with this mess. This is a horrible job for the amount of money I paid for.
I brought a van that was sitting in outdoor storage for several years & covered in mildew. Jenna pre-sprayed the entire van prior to going through the wash. She really went above and beyond for me! Great customer service and extra effort!!! Thank you, Jenna! Sincerely, Ron
MIKES Car wash, as in NEW 2022 on Dixie Hwy. So glad the put one in close to our restaurant AsianA Crestview Hills Location. I go to all the other MIKES Car wash, so happy now that there here. Manager Ron, what a great personal guy. My first wash, my tires were not so clean, so he power sprayed it again….WoW!!! As in cleaned and I ended up buying a value pack buy 4 get 3 FREE!!! Thank you again. Will be a repeat customer over & over again.
They did a great job on the car, however leaving the sesame street characters outside in the cold led to some... concerning results. However I love the idea.
Stupid attendant was pushing somebody back towards me.Telling them to back up into me.So I left.I will not be back to this location.The attendants are very dangerous and not paying attention to what they're telling people to do
