Every time I visit a Mike's car wash I walk away happy, well I drive away happy, lol! Very quick even if there's a line, I got here at 7 AM this morning and they were outside at 6:55. That is how a business is supposed to be run. They do a great job cleaning the car and although it's a bit steep on pricing, they do a very thorough job and I'm always happy when I drive away which is worth the extra two or three dollars. I had the misfortune of being behind a dump truck that had apparently just been hosed out. Apparently, what was left in the bed of the truck was a watery, concrete like substance. If I could have avoided it, trust me, I would have. As you can guess, my entire windshield, hood and front bumper was splattered! So, I drove to Mike's Carwash newest location in Erlanger, KY. If I could give them less than one star, I would. Just spent 10 minutes in line with two cars in front of me both buying the packages I guess so they don't have to wait in line. The young lady waved me up a carp pulled in behind me and a he waved him around and walked over and took care of him ahead of me after waiting 10 minutes absolutely ridiculous and then she said oh I didn't know you were next, you were looking at my car for five minutes how did you not know I was next ?
