Damage to the front of my vehicle was caused by equipment failure. They will deny most claims explaining their brushing system. It would have been a small repair to complete that simply needed to be buffed out. As result, I cancelled my Ceramic Sealant unlimited car wash service I have had for 3 months.

Went to Mike's in Milford this morning to get my truck washed. Admittedly it was pretty muddy from pulling another truck out of the mud and I questioned the attendant I paid what was the best course of action to get it cleaned pointing out that the fender wells, underside of the running boards and the mirror wells on the doors needed special attention to get the mud off. As of now not a huge fan. Multiple times I've gone through this car wash only to get home and find the entire back of my vehicle covered in soap! Just went through today 4/11 and get home to find my entire back of my truck covered in soap. When I pay for something I expect it to be done correctly, just saying. And the past 2-3 months this is how my cars come out.
Very disappointed! I understand all the dirt will not be removed but I do expect the bird poop should be removed. Attendant stationing at the power wash barely touched my car with the pressure washer.
