Went to Mike's in Milford this morning to get my truck washed. Admittedly it was pretty muddy from pulling another truck out of the mud and I questioned the attendant I paid what was the best course of action to get it cleaned pointing out that the fender wells, underside of the running boards and the mirror wells on the doors needed special attention to get the mud off. I appreciate the friendly staff, the special discounts offered on a regular basis, the variety of services offered, and a quick, squeaky clean car wash! There are occasional disappointments such as a broken vacuum which sucks your money but nothing else, however, any time I have approached staff with an issue, the issue is promptly addressed and taken care of with courteous customer service. Recommend!
Very disappointed! I understand all the dirt will not be removed but I do expect the bird poop should be removed. Attendant stationing at the power wash barely touched my car with the pressure washer.
I have been using Mikes for many years. The last 3 years I have all three of my vehicles stickerd (6 month prepay). Most the time the staff are pretty good. This location seems to be slipping though. Instead of driving thru the auto gate I waited to tell the attendant that there are still bugs from the last wash a few days ago in the front of the vehicle. He wrote it in the windshield and called ahead. Staffer running the wash saw it and sprayed ONE side a few seconds longer and didn’t even Spay the opposite side. When I... read more
