I pay for the ultimate + ceramic. I pay ALLLLL that money each month and this is what it’s doing to my rims when I go through the car wash. There are deep scratches on all 4 of my rims. I’m pretty ticked off that I’m paying this much a month to have my rims torn up. I just cancelled my monthly payment and don’t plan to return. This is absolutely ridiculous.
My parents have given me a Mikescar wash coupon book every year for the past several. I went to buy myself one this March and instead of a book they slap a barcode on my windshield that fell off a minute later. Instead of replacing the barcode on the windshield, I put it in my glove compartment for the next use. Big mistake. Nice clean cars. There needs to be an automatic barcode scanner so pass holders are not delayed by people asking 50 questions about washes like all the other locations. There needs to be an automatic reader. Traffic is backed up 2 blocks in each direction this is a pedestrian safety issue causing unnecessary traffic jams impairing other businesses to operate
Easy to get in, polite staff that helps pick the wash you need and does it in a friendly way. Staff at the hosing area were helpful getting the vehicle in straight and was very attentive to getting the windshield clean
Very busy place some days! But still totally worth it! They got us through as fast as they could in the line, and the car wash was fast but very efficient. My car looks totally different after having all the crud and salt on it, but Mike's completely fixed it! Thanks for all your hard work guys!
