I have the unlimited deal and really enjoy it, well worth the money I pay each month. I have been a loyal customer of Mike's Car Wash for about 40 + years! This is the 1st time I've had the unlimited deal & love it! For the most part, the employees are cordial, some not so much, we all have bad days tho , but I will always be a loyal customer of Mike's Car Wash. Wish they appreciated their loyal customers with reward points or something, just to show their appreciation.

I started having to wipe dirt and water off of my car right after my wash. I can’t smell the soup or anything. Maybe the soup is being diluted. The employees won’t scrub you bumpers or tires when you ask them to, which left me having to do it. After I pay $40-$50 a month I shouldn’t have to rewash my car by hand too. I’m now with a different car wash, I wasn’t getting nearly my money’s worth and the manager is soo rude, I wonder how he keeps his job. Your wash bring a visor off the door. I have unlimited washes and go through other ones around town every day with no issues. But this one caused damage. The manager found the part but told me they weren’t responsible for the damage.
