Waiting hours for Allstate Insurance to send me a tow truck; called Mikes Towing and within 20 minutes from my initial call Mike arrived. I suggest people call Mike instead of their insurance company.

Thank you Mike for showing up when I needed you! AAA estimated arrival was 90 minutes to tow my car with a flat time. After 90 minutes, AAA notified me of another 60 minutes to their arrival. I called Mike and he had my car on his truck in 15 minutes for a very reasonable rate. He brought my car to the repair shop and then went the extra mile to drive me home. Mike is a professional with courteous communication and I really appreciate it. Hopefully, I don’t need another tow but if I do, I know who to call!
