The RN(assuming she’s an RN)walked in without introducing herself, and asked what I’d like to get done. After I asked where she will be injecting, she impatiently replied: I know what to do. And very briefly pointed to the anatomy diagram without actually hearing my concerns. I’ve had the same procedure done at other facilities, but this just felt unprofessional.

The person administering the procedure was cold, insensitive and had no customer service skills whatsoever. Even though I expressed my discomfort with needles, she made no attempts to reassure me or tried to reduce my fear. I felt every poke of the needle. I felt she was more concerned in getting done than taking her time to do a professional job and put the customer at ease. Marcella was very nice and knowledgeable BUT the entire process didn’t take even 10 minutes, I think they don’t provide the whole service when you have Groupon voucher. It was just a waste of money.

This is always one of the risks that you should be aware of when you get an injection. That's why you sign a consent form to be aware of the risk factors prior to the treatment.
I got botox 5 days ago for the first time ever and noticed today that I have a red large lump that has developed on my forehead where the botox was injected. I am concerned now that I was not done correctly as I have never heard of anyone I know having this issue.
PRP only lasted 1.5 months. I was hoping for better results and improved fullness. Disappointed with results
