We are extremely happy overall. Mom is at peace where she is at and continues to make progress in being a part of new people and her living conditions.My mother asked for a door to lead out to a patio, the view of a lake, and a room for her art supplies. Tall order, but Milestone met every single one of those needs. The staff is friendly quick to respond any questions, and very conscientious about the needs of those in assisted living. Milestone Senior Living has been great. They do exceptional on their activities, [name removed] who is the activities director handles that and they do music, movies, games, etc. and she has just been phenomenal. The staff seem in tune with everyone's needs and we always see smiling faces when we go to visit. Mom is happy and being well taken care of which is all we can ask for. So far it has been a great experience for our family.

My brothers and I were 100% satisfied with the care and support our mother received as a resident of this community. The staff was caring and professional, and always treated mom with the upmost dignity at all times. In addition, community administrators were always helpful and supportive to our family throughout mom's stay. As a family, we could not have been happier with the care mom received. Thanks!

This is a nice community for my father's care.We liked the staff who nice and caring.I like knowing that he was happy with the care here from the nice staff. The had a nice variety of meals that he seems to be happy with.There are activities for the residents who want to participate. We would highly recommend this community for the care of a loved one.

We like the care at this wonderful community. The staff are kind and were very helpful for the care we needed. The community was clean and we liked that the food was good and a healthy. We liked that my father was doing alot of good activities. We had a great experience with this community and would recommend other families for the care and the value that is offered here for a loved one needing care.

I am happy to see my mom at this community. The staff are nice and seem very caring. We like that this community is clean for her to live at. They are offering her activities for her to be active. The food is good and a nice variety for her. I would recommend this communiry for the care given and the value for other families.

Most well around assisted living facility I've ever had experience with...they have around the clock activities for the residents and great food. The cost is a little pricy but worth it. Most of the staff are very friendly and very easy to talk to.

Overall I think it is a really great place and I would absolutely recommend them. The biggest complaint is the food, she does not like it at all. The vegetables are hard and it makes it tough to chew. Same thing with most of the meat. The deserts maybe only a quarter of the time are good. The food is something that definitely needs improvements.

Very nice property - does not contract with state according to adrc - has too many extra charges - would not give a list of point system. Not sure how much it would actually cost. Nice if money doesnt matter. Rating 2 stars because of lack of transparency.
