Very Professional company from the owner to the entire crew. Showed up on time and performed the window replacements for our entire upstairs. Also had to do quite a bit of wood frame repair as we have a 120 year old home which Milestone did a great job as well. Highly recommend this company for your window needs.
We needed a window replaced in a secondary bedroom because the old one was original builder grade (1997). The old window was stuck in place--literally would not open--which was dangerous in the event that someone needed to exit via the window. The window also had little to no insulation properties remaining--it was freezing in the winter and hot as blazes all summer. I called Gene at Milestone for a consult/measure/estimate. What a great experience! After getting quotes from several different companies Milestone beat all of our expectations. My husband is a tough customer and this installation was seamless. The owner even came out to check on the progress. From the very beginning, when Todd saved me from making a terrible mistake to the delivery of the final product. John and his install team were incredible. Answered all of my husband’s questions and installed as he wanted (properly!).
I have worked with Milestone to provide windows for a number of residential construction projects over the years. I have always found them to be extremely knowledgeable and timely in their product delivery. I highly recommend you contact them for any upcoming residential construction projects.
Great experience from start to finish. Todd even followed up a week after install to see how things were going with our new windows. The install is the most important part of new windows and the installers were excellent. Definitely are using them again for some of our other projects coming up.
