From the moment I first stepped foot in the Miliani office location. It seemed like very friendly, and professional atmosphere. I especially like there was a tv to look at while getting a cleaning. My experienc at the dentist has changed with this place. I did not feel any pain during my routine cleaning, the dentist was really nice and friendly and addressed all my concerns. As a patient I feel like they took really good care of me. Thank you Gentle Dental. 😊
All genuinely kind, helpful and friendly staff. I will definitely be using them as my regular dentist when i move back next winter. One thing to keep in mind is that based on company policy, x-rays are required on the first visit. Staff get 5 stars because of their awesomeness, but the overall rating I give is 4 because of this reason.
Care at gentle dental is great. Had 2 fillings redone and a cleaning. Dr. Zant was patient and reassuring. He did a good job. Only thing is I wish for the initial appointment I could do a cleaning along with a new patient appointment, but because you make the first appointment with a call center and not the office, it doesn't seem possible.
I’ve genuinely never had a WORSE experience with a health provider office in my life. I would never recommend anyone to come here, and have spoken with many people who have also had horrible experiences with this office. I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning over the phone. Upon arriving, I was told that the receptionist had called me earlier THAT MORNING to tell me that I was going to be reschedule. I called to make an appointment, but the receptionist told me that they are not accepting new patients. I guess when you tell them you have Quest Medicaid, they make an excuse not to accept you. Why even bother saying you accept Medicaid? This is frustrating and unprofessional.
