Guy on the phone is rude and incompetent. Claiming that have nothing available for a whole month for an EMERGENCY dental visit, but there was an hour opening before that, which magically disappeared. I was their loyal customer, but after such treatment will go somewhere else. Added: Also on one of my previous appointments: I had to take day off at work to see doctor at scheduled appointment, arrived and checked in, waited for 30 minutes and only after was told (by the same girl who checked me in) that doctor is actually sic... read more
Sharon, the dental hygienist was excellent. I always feel like I am visiting a dear relative when coming to Gentle Dental. The pictures on the wall are so exceptional beautiful. The staff Titan or Titus are superb and friendly.
My first appointment was a consultation appointment and their hygienist who took care of me was friendly taking X-ray pictures of my mouth. After that I was seen by one of their dentists and he explained the procedures that need to be done. I’m glad they were able to take me as a new patient.
I absolutely LOVE this clinic. Been coming here for years, and the staff is not only efficient, but really fun to be around too. I am almost finished with Invisalign, and couldn't be happier with the result. Thank you, GD!
Great team. Good vibe. Best approach to patient communication/education from a dentist I’ve had. Good explanations, let you have more control over the process. Upfront with estimates and patient cost. No pressure.
