We recently moved to the island and in need of finding an orthodontist to continue treatment for my son. I was able to get a consultation quickly with the office and the staff was absolutely great front the very front end to the back side with assistants and doctor. What is super convenient is its general dentistry and ortho within the same facility! Very personable, friendly and courteous staff. Also very humorous and funny. Quick and really not as expensive as getting dental work done in the past. Love the dentist and dental assistant I had (David and David) call one and the other answers 😆 They made it more likely for me to visit regularly instead of waiting years to visit a dentist.
My dental hygienist is always gentle and reliable. She does not rush me nor gives me an attitude. She is always pleasant. I was taken cared of well. Thank you so much!!!
As a new patient they called to reschedule my first appointment on three separate occasions… For my second appointment, they called the day prior to inform me that they no longer accepted my insurance. They would not offer a cash discount if I came to my appt today. The staff was fine, but unorganized and facility was surprisingly dirty.
If I could give negative stars I would. First off, one positive, the guy at the front desk is kind and gave the best customer service he could in the situations. But that is where the good ends. I went in because I have a cap that’s been there for two years that I knocked loose. I used temporary bond for teeth for the two days I waited for the dental appointment.
