This place is incredible. From the ultra friendly staff, to everything in between!!!! Clean beautiful units. Even got a u-haul to make the move, and their prices are great. I don't have enough words to describe how thankful I am that I called Mill Creek self storage!!!!! I would recommend them to anyone!!!! They get a five star review from me!!!!! Thank you guys for making this a smooth transition!!!!!!
I had an excellent experience with Mill Creek Self Storage. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist me, even helping with tasks outside their usual duties. Their prices are also unbeatable. They truly set the standard for customer service!
The facility appeared to be very clean and the person helping me seemed sincere. However, I requested a refund before taking possession of the unit because: 1. I rented the unit online and while I was completing the contract (you rent the unit and then sign the conttact), the person IMMEDIATELT called and said, "I see you didn't purchase a lock or insurance from us." When I went to Walla Walla Self Storage Krystal King was super helpful. I had a million questions and she kindly and patiently answered every one. She took time with me, responded to emails right away, was generally a dream to work with. I chose Eastside Self Storage because it is fairly open, and well securred.
Mill Creek Self storage has been so helpful. I just called them and was able to get a storage unit within 30 minutes. They are very quick and honest. There is no hidden words or fees. Krystle, at the office was very helpful, professional and friendly. I had the maintenance guy help me by guiding me to my unit and helped me with my lock. The lot was very clean and well taken care of! Thank you to the employees at the Mill Creek Self Storage!
