Katie is awesome and was so helpful! The location is well kept and the security is excellent. When price gouging seems to be happening everywhere Mill Plain Heated Storage offers great rates and new customer deals. 10/10 recommend.

Wonderful storage facility! Staff are super helpful and welcoming, facility is always clean and well maintained, and security there is everything you could ask for it to be. Plus they have some of the best rates around the area. Throw in their extended access hours everyday and they earned those 5 stars in my opinion.
The manager was very helpful on site for this short-term rental while we were staging items for our new home in the area. She even helped with the return of one of our U-haul trucks. I would definitely use them again if I ever had the need.
We met the manager on March 16th. She was very helpful. She showed us the available unit and explained how everything works. Within a short time we had our unit rented and were able to start storing our personal belongings. We have made several trips and every time I notice how clean they keep the place. I am happy with our decision and would recommend them.
