Wow, had a gingival graft and the most painless mouth procedure I’ve ever had (among wisdom teeth removal ant 16 and tonsillectomy at 23). Dr. Kang and her office are wonderful. So glad I got my recession fixed.
Had a really great experience with this office, especially with Dr. Laun. This was my first gum graft surgery, and I was super anxious going in, but the whole team immediately put me at ease. The front desk was kind and communicative, and the procedure itself was a total breeze (they recommended headphones and Iit helped me tune right out!). Everyone was so patient and helpful throughout. One star for the communication of the admin staff and their exorbitant cancellation policy. Charged a hefty ($250!) cancellation fee for an appointment that was tentative, pending a deposit and my confirmation. I also requested my records but they failed to send them to my dentist. Communication was lacking, with calls going unanswered in a timely manner.
Had a gum graft performed by Dr Luan. I was really worried because of a negative experience through a different periodontist a few years earlier but this experience was almost pain free!
I had my gum surgery here. All of the staff working there are very friendly and kind. I am especially thankful for Dr. Shamoon and her team for giving fantastic treatment. From the beginning she was very patient and answered all of my questions, and during the surgery she always made sure I was not in pain or comfortable. After the surgery she even called me herself to check on my recovery. My recovery process was also great and I so appreciate it. Thank you very much, Dr. Shamoon and team!! You are the best.
