This was my 1st time closing at this title company, I hope it will be my last. I'm a Realtor the closer name was Patti. I walked into the closing room she never acknowledged me, nor did she look up. I had to introduce myself and ask her, her name then she finally " Small talked as needed". I still smiled and tried to make light conversation because I'm a very happy and energetic person. DO NOT CLOSE with this title company. They did not notice the house I bought was incorrectly identified on HCAD. The number of bedroom, total rooms, and fireplace all WRONG and the appraisal at the county is $110k higher than the price of the home. I am stuck paying an additional $400/month because the final date to contest taxes was the day I closed. Our settlement agent was very nice and thorough! Best part of home loan process! Millennium Title was extremely flexible with our lender and is the reason we were able to close on time.
As a realtor this company is least professional. Documents which they requested weren't shared internally so we get asked multiple times to send document. The company doesn't respond on time. I have an issue right now where the sponsoring Broker has moved and they cut a check to old office. Even after the Broker released a statement releasing the change they won't change it. Bob laughs at the customer! Very unprofessional.
Please do not use Millennium Title. They are thé worst in communication , reliability and definitely professionalism.. please , please stay away from this company.. century Home please drop them from your trusted title company list ... only reason I have the bad experience is because we bought beautiful home from Century home and they send the papers to this company
