I’ve been a patient here for 8 years and have nothing but positive things to say about the practice. It is always clean and modern, the customer service is impeccable, and Dr. Megumi and Dr.Ben are both fantastic. Both are very knowledgeable and kind and the staff is great too. Throughout my time as a patient I have had their dental plan, my own dental insurance and been uninsured for a time but the pricing is always clear and transparent. Would absolutely recommend. They also have great chapstick.
I had a great experience here today. My last visit was in 2018 so I had to fill out some forms, but it was all done on a tablet and very easy to complete. The dental hygienist was extremely thorough and highly skilled. My teeth feel extremely clean and the cleaning process was not painful at all. Great spot. All staff are helpful. Cleanings are always with care and quality. The dentists are both professional and caring. Great location. A top tier dentist. If I weren’t moving I’d stay here in perpetuity.
I'm not quite sure how long I have been going, but this dentist has been one of the best experiences that I've had with dentists before. We've gone through everything, from a snapped permanent retainer to fillings to regular cleanings. With the patient and kind staff, tvs for those inclined to watch something to relax during procedures and always being open to questions/concerns, Milltown has always been lovely.
Went to the dentist today for the first time in 3 years. Between a lack of dental insurance and some dental anxiety, I was avoiding the trip. The staff here made me feel SO comfortable. Everyone was so accommodating, making sure I was OK and understood what was happening. Pricing is extremely fair and they will not try and convince you to do work you don’t need. Highly recommend!
