My provider is excellent and I’ve never once had an issue with them or our time together. However, the $100 fee that applies to both cancellations and rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice is absurd. There’s a penalty for being sick now? There’s a penalty for forgetting to cancel or reschedule when you have ADHD, depression, or anxiety? What if there’s a family emergency? What if I have to take my pet to the vet? Mindpath has some talented Therapists and Psychiatrists that do a wonderful job. However, I do not recommend anyone see them as their billing dept is a MESS. I have been with them since before it was Mindpath and billing has been a nightmare my entire 6 years with them. I am CONSTANTLY fighting with their billing department about bills that I am not responsible for. We go back and forth until they figure out where their billing team has messed up. I just started here and while my provider has been great- the office is terribly unaccommodating and unhelpful. I have been at multiple therapist offices before and after moving to Irvine saw good reviews for this center but it’s run like a big business with rude employees designed to take as much of your money as possible without providing any help- I have never experienced a therapist office like this and am incredibly disappointed

I have been very happy with the treatment for my son. Staff is great and my son does well with his doctor. She always goes beyond the normal to ensure his mental health. Thank you

I was a weekly client with Acacia for 4 years, and a weekly client of MindPath for one year. When MindPath took over, they sent everyone a new contract explaining that the price of therapy sessions will be anywhere from $150 - $350 starting on January, 2023. In their Credit Card Authorization contract, MindPath explains that they are authorized to withdraw the amount due AND withdraw any remaining balances.
