My provider is excellent and I’ve never once had an issue with them or our time together. However, the $100 fee that applies to both cancellations and rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice is absurd. There’s a penalty for being sick now? There’s a penalty for forgetting to cancel or reschedule when you have ADHD, depression, or anxiety? What if there’s a family emergency? What if I have to take my pet to the vet? Mindpath has some talented Therapists and Psychiatrists that do a wonderful job. However, I do not recommend anyone see them as their billing dept is a MESS. I have been with them since before it was Mindpath and billing has been a nightmare my entire 6 years with them. I am CONSTANTLY fighting with their billing department about bills that I am not responsible for. We go back and forth until they figure out where their billing team has messed up. FOLLOW UP: First, thank you Daren for your sincere response to my initial review. I have now been keeping weekly visits at Acacia and couldn't be happier. The administrative staff is very compassionate and helpful. All appointments, email correspondence, billing etc. are easy and time efficient. I was apprehensive to try counseling, not wanting to be too self-indulgent. This a wonderful office. Everyone is friendly and understanding. I once arrived in full blown tears for my appointment. The staff there was really great about not drawing attention to it. They didn't make me feel pitied or ostracized at all. It was honestly the best public crying episode I've ever experienced. I love my therapist she is wonderful and everyone else I know who goes here, agrees! I highly recommend this office!

I have been very happy with the treatment for my son. Staff is great and my son does well with his doctor. She always goes beyond the normal to ensure his mental health. Thank you
